In this era of rapid communications it is important that you know what happens with any information you supply. You have our commitment that any images you provide to us will not be used by us for any other purpose other than to produce your requested DVD, unless we seek your prior approval (.....and yes - the images on our Web site are from our family and we do have permission to use them).
All materials supplied by you remain your property and will be returned to you upon completion of the project. Unless you instruct us otherwise, we will hold a master copy of your DVD for one year, in case you require new copies. It will then be destroyed.
Your e-mail address and all other information that you supply will not be shared with any other party so you can be assured you will not be placed on mailing or telephoning lists.
